Ground Floor - The front door leads into a large hall with ample hanging space for outdoor wear, sailing and swimming equipment
- The sitting room has sofas and armchairs, coffee table and lamps, a wood burning stove, flat screen TV, DVD, IPod dock and digital radio and wi fi
- Double doors open from the sitting room to the dining room with table (seating for 10) and side board. Doors from the dining room lead out to decking with outdoor furniture
- The kitchen is fully fitted with double sink, double oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and radio
- Bedroom 5 - A ground floor double bedroom will suit older relatives as well as anyone with some mobility problems. There is a double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair
- The ground floor bathroom has a corner shower, wash basin and w.c., towel rail

First Floor - A straight staircase leads to the first floor
- Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom has a superking double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, large mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers and door to en suite shower room
- The en suite shower room has a double sized shower, wash basin and w.c.
- Bedroom 2 - Another double bedroom with superking bed, bedside cupboards and lights, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and stool.
- Bedroom 3 - A spacious single bedroom with second single bed stored underneath. For parties of 10 the pull out bed can be used as well.
- Bedroom 4 - A twin bedded room with two singles, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, wash basin and w.c., towel rail

Outside - There is off road parking for 2 - 3 cars to the front of the house
- The rear garden is fenced and gated and includes a decked area with table and chairs, parasol for al fresco dining. The remaining garden is laid to lawn with shrubs and ornamental plants.
- There is a shed where bikes and sail boards etc can be stored
- Freezer and tumble dryer in the garage

- Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels
