The accommodation Parking the car behind the cottage one enters through the kitchen door. An east facing room with fitted units and a small breakfst area. Equipped with an electric range-style cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. Go out of the kitchen and into a small hall, past the ground floor bathroom and the first staircase and through into the dining room and the large sitting room with sofas, tv and inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. To the left of the fireplace is the second staircase which leads up to the double bedroom. The first staircase leads up to the single bedroom and the first floor shower room. There is an interconnecting door through to the double bedroom if required. The staircase in the sitting room leads up past the double bedroom where there is a steep staircase up to the second floor where, under the eaves, are two interconnecting bedrooms each with two single beds.

Outside There is a small garden to the rear and to the south side of the cottage.
