The estuary, marshes and shingle banks are home to a wide variety of wildlife and there are sailing and yacht clubs at nearby Slaughden as well as the famous Aldeburgh and Thorpeness heathland golf courses just a few minutes drive from Aldeburgh High Street.

- The large open plan living area both feels and is spacious. Its wood block flooring makes it suitable for those enjoying beach holidays in Aldeburgh.
- The living area is divided into four discrete but complementary areas with large sofas, cupboards and side and coffee tables and TV with DVD making a comfortable sitting area.
- Beyond this is a good sized table and chairs and beyond this the fully fitted and well provided kitchen with large range cooker with cooker hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc

- Bathroom 1 has a bath, wash basin, w.c. and heated towel rail
