Ground Floor - The front door leads into a small hall and from there into the dining room
- Antique dining table with 6 chairs, side table with collection of china and cutlery, further small antique serving table, coffee table and lamps. A Victorian open grated fire (not used) and some lovely prints, full stereo system ensure a wonderful dinner party atmosphere. TV
- The sitting room has carpets, rugs, sofas, armchair, coffee tables, antique chests, lamps and a lovely open fire make the room cosy at any time of year. Display shelving with books and games, TV with Sky, DVD and video
- Kitchen: Extremely well equipped, the kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob, grill and separate oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, coffee maker, washing machine and stainless sink. There is a breakfast bar with stools
- A rear hall, with coat hooks, leads to the bathroom with bath with overhead shower, wash basin and w.c.
- A porch, with further coat hooks and rooms for boots etc, leads to the rear garden

Outside - To the front of the cottage are flower beds which lead directly onto Orford s pretty village green. To the rear of the house is a secluded and very pretty garden with terrace and chairs and a barbecue, beyond which is a grassed area with flower beds and a second terrace with garden furniture.
- N.B. There is a small shallow pond to the right of the garden

Services - The cottage has full oil central heating in addition to the working open fire in the sitting room
- Bed linen, towels, heating etc included in the price
- In consideration of other holidaymakers, visitors are asked not to smoke in the cottage
- There is parking in the street outside the cottage and in the car park (about 30 yards away)
