The Knoll, dating back some 300 years, is built of mellow honey colour natural Cotswold Stone and offers comfortable accommodation on four floors. It still retains many original features including Cotswold Stone walling which is exposed in the sitting room and kitchen/breakfast room. The Knoll is situated in the lovely High Street of the picturesque and unspoilt village of Blockley. The cottage enjoys spectacular rural views from the rear rooms of the property and is within walking distance to all the village facilities which include post office, grocery, church, delicatessen/café, restaurant, two public houses, bus service and telephone.
