In the heart of the Exmoor National Park within easy reach of the beautiful north Devon coast at Lynton, Porlock & Minehead.

A large Devon farmhouse close to Exford and the north Devon coast
A large Devon farmhouse close to Exford and the north Devon coast

Well secluded and very private the house is reached down a winding track over the river. Set in delightful sloping gardens; a wood burning stove and the ever warm kitchen Rayburn make the house cosy at any time of year. Please note that the house is reached via a river crossing, not generally a problem in the summer months, but do be careful after a lot of rain. There is a footbridge across the river.
