This is a charming beamed cottage, being detached with four bedrooms, sleeping 8 in comfort. It has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms,2 bathrooms.

Sitting Room

This is the largest cottage at Hendra Paul, Porth, Newquay. It is spacious, has the sitting room on the first floor, with large dining room, well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a pretty bathroom and a shower room all down stairs. 2 further bedrooms are also upstairs, off the sitting room. It has original beams and a lovely vaulted ceiling in the sitting room, which was the former oat rolling area of the old barn.

This cottage has plenty of the equipment you will need for 8 people. It is very comfortable, and beautifully furnished. It has an 18th century dining table, with lovely old settle and chairs. A chiffonier dresser sets the tone! Outside there is a large built in barbecue, patio area and lawn. Leading from this area are the rest of the grounds with swings, slide and see saw for the children, plus a level grassy area, with a tennis net up, ideal for fun games of tennis or football in the summer. The cottages are in the centre of the farm, surrounded by 54 acres of farmland. We have a Livery Yard here now, with over 20 horses and ponies stabled here by their owners. Being only 4 or 5 minutes drive from the coast road, with Porth Beach and Newquay to the left and Watergate Bay to the right, the cottages are well placed and within easy reach of many interesting places and lovely beaches.
